1. Our services

Selvanorth provides two services: Google Business Profile Management and Ad Management, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you choose.

2. Account access

To perform our services, you'll grant Selvanorth manager-level (not owner-level) access to your Google Business Profile and/or ad accounts. You remain the account owner at all times and may revoke our access whenever you choose.

3. Payment terms

• Management fees are billed monthly in advance, based on the plan selected.
• Ad spend is billed separately and directly by Google, Meta, or the relevant ad platform — never through Selvanorth.
• Late payments may result in a pause of active services until settled.

4. Cancellation

All plans are month-to-month. You may cancel anytime by notifying us at least 15 days before your next billing date. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. No guarantee of results

We work diligently to improve your visibility and ad performance, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, ad platform approval, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (including changes made by Google or Meta).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selvanorth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits or leads.

7. Intellectual property

Any creative assets, ad copy, or strategy documents we create for you become yours upon full payment. Our internal processes, templates, and reporting tools remain our property.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
